How do you know the difference between spotting and light period?
Me and my husband are thinking of starting a family and the physician told me to keep a record of my periods and to write if my period is heavy, normal, light and location. And I'm not sure the difference between light and location. I know this may sound crazy, but I'm new to all this. I was off the pill a little over a month and the first period was a week and a half late and very light. So I'm trying to get an idea of all that. And advice will be appreciated. Thank you in advance!
= Spots spaced intervals and is not bleeding over a "point" of light = rate "constant" in the blood usually they just need a panty liner (if you're using a reference)
