Can I use semi-Flush Mount lighting on a slanted ceiling?
We are getting ready to buy a house and need a light for the entrance way, but it is a slanted ceiling. I want the light to hang straight. Is it possible to get a semi-flush mounted light to hang straight on a slanted ceiling?
The description of the lights say semi-flush.
The term semi-flush mount doesn’t really make sense. It’s flush or it’s not.
Most lights that hang from a single point should be ok, but look for something that won’t put stress on the area that attaches to the ceiling.
Ceiling fans usually attach with a ball joint to account for angled ceilings.
