im 14 years old, im 6′2 and currently weigh 190 pounds?
and yah i am muscular, though i dont know weather i run fast or not
i keep saying to my smaller and skinnier friend that the reason he can run fo fast is because he is light weight. and the reason why i cant carth upto him is because i have a lot more weight to carry.
i mean i used to run like super fast, me and him had races back in grade 7 track and field and i would tie him, but now what i want to know is how can i be more filled out (more muscular) and run fast (like at least 12.2 seconds in a 100m)
because in grade 8 track i ran 100m in 13seconds flat, and he ran 12seconds flat.
run more and you’ll get in better shape change it up sometimes jog for a little then sprint for a little you’ll get muscular and lose weight and become faster its as simple as that
