IT RESOLVED! ALWAYS Tryed to calculate Remove glass dome above the Focus, it has been. Never could get a glass dome to unscrew. The glass dome just got a curve GRASP has been there for years. The dome is held with 3 or 4 Loosen the screws holding the glass dome collapse when it is not changing the bulb setting and do the same thing reverse
